The ancient Carmen Nunnery, located in the Museum Street in Valencia. The architectural ensemble that composes the nunnery illustrates it’s complex chronology and diversity of artistic styles, reflexes the different architectural and historical periods in Valencia.
The building is composed of various parts, such as the medieval chapel , gothic cloister, renaissance cloister and the new church ( today Santa Cruz parish), this last one with late gothic and renaissance elements, com- munion chapel, baroque façade and bell tower, as well as very valuable neoclassic exponents such as the Third Order Chapel.
